Fabric products will have a one yard cut minimum. A delivery minimum of $300 is required within our delivery radius.
We accept payments made with credit & debit cards, cash, or by check. All returned checks will incur a $50 fee. Net 30 payments are allowed upon approval.
Overdue Invoices will incur an annual interest rate of 24%
AVOS Distribution will accept the return of items within a 60 day period of the date of delivery. Authorization is required for all returns and a 20% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept items that have been returned partially used and fabric orders that are 5 yards and below will not be accepted. If a customer would like to return items but they are outside of our delivery range, the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
All items (excluding foam and polyester batting) will be shipped out within 1-2 days of payment date. All items that are shipped out to customers will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. If the customer needs items to be shipped the same day, we can accommodate those needs to the best of our ability, additional shipping fees may apply.
